Rebecca & AustinMarch 24, 2015

Hello to our readers from far and near. Summer came early, spoiling us with temperatures in the 60’s, 70’s and even 80* one day, now we went to spring, with much cooler temperatures again. There is a high chance of rain, which we could use. We haven’t had rain for some time, it’s very dusty on the driveways and gravel roads. Besides, we need to be reminded it is almost too early to plant!

We are enjoying the 2 new babies in the family. Rebecca was born on February 16th to Galen & Rachel, weighing 8 lbs. She was named after her great grandma who is still living at 97 years of age. The Grandma is blind, but Galen’s are hoping to make a trip to Canada in the near future so she can at least hold her namesake yet. Rebecca is a good baby. She is petite.  Her cousin Austin (Jr & Crystal) is well-filled out as you can see on the photo. They are exactly 5 weeks apart in age. On the photo they are 9 weeks. old and 4 weeks. old. Austin is a very fussy baby. He seems to have lots of bellyache, cries and cries till his voice is hoarse. Poor baby. His voice is known in church (and not in the choir)by all who regularly attend. He does have some good times. Yesterday Crystal took him for an adjustment to one who gives cranial treatments. He found things out of place, so maybe he will get some relief. We hope. Jeremy and Jessica adore him. I found it amusing when they went to see Rebecca the first time, they held her and liked her, but Austin was THEIR baby, there was a difference.
